Refund Policy

1. Return Period

Returns must be requested within 30 days​ of the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:
  • Be in original, unused, and unaltered condition;
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or delivery receipt).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at business@antonmove.com​ with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we will issue a return shipping label and provide detailed return instructions.
Do not send items back without prior authorization​ — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped). Special arrangements must be discussed and confirmed with us in advance.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at business@antonmove.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom-made or personalized products;
  • Products that have been opened or used;
  • Promotional items and gift cards.
If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product per the process above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

8. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days​ for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
